As far as vitamin D go outside and get some sun! Also sit your portobello mushrooms in the sun on your counter top to increase vitamin D. Supplements can help but the answers are most likely in the food. God always kept us in mind he knows His design. Consider herbs. 💪🏽✅

Thank you for sharing this. Nicole is so right about single-unit housing. It has been hard over the years to share my home just so I can afford the rent. So many things the roommates do that can trigger issues. I would do my best to work through them. Only this time people moved in upstairs and the noise is so horrendous it has caused such stress on my body that after working on myself for over the last 5 years, I am back to regular anxiety attacks and daily migraines. There is no place to move to that I can afford. Yet how much longer can my body endure this stress from the tenants above?

I'm sorry to hear this interview 2 years after it happened, however, even prior to this I've known the risks our lives are at. In 2021?? A&B Plastic Fabrication was built in Portland, Tx., I live along the coastal bend of Texas, west of Corpus Christi. Many of my mom's cousins are now being diagnosed with asthma.....there is a neighborhood called Refinery Row. It's so hard to fight against these huge companies!! What can we do??
